These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Mizo OS (“the Service”), operated from Saudi Arabia. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Mizo OS is a subscription web app that helps creative freelancers create pricing quotes and invoices and manage related business data. We may update, improve, or change features of the Service over time.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscription and Trial

• Mizo OS costs 89 SAR per month after a 7-day free trial. No card is required to start the trial.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Payments and Merchant of Record

Payments and subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record and seller of record for your purchase. Lemon Squeezy is responsible for billing, payment processing, and collecting and remitting applicable taxes (including VAT). Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy’s terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or copy the Service except as permitted by law.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the business and quote data you enter. You grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the Service to you.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Mizo OS is a tool to help you prepare pricing and invoices; it does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your quotes and invoices.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mizo OS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
