Every account starts with a 7-day free trial. No card is required to try the app. This lets you explore Mizo OS fully before deciding to subscribe.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe and change your mind, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If you request a refund within 14 days of your payment, we will refund it in full.

How to Request a Refund

• Email us at mizoos.support@gmail.com from the email address on your account.
• Let us know you’d like a refund. You don’t need to explain why.
• We’ll confirm and start the refund.

How Refunds Are Processed

Payments and subscriptions are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
