This Privacy Policy explains how Mizo OS (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our pricing and invoicing web app. Mizo OS is operated from Saudi Arabia.

Information We Collect

• Account information, the email address you use to create and sign in to your account.
• Business and quote data, the information you enter into the app, such as services, pricing, equipment, clients, companies, quotes, and invoices.
• Payment information, billing is handled by our payment provider (see below). We do not store your full card details on our servers.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the app and your account.
• Generate the quotes, invoices, and other documents you create.
• Manage your subscription, trial, and billing status.
• Respond to your support requests and communicate with you.
• Improve the reliability and security of the service.

Where Your Data Is Stored

Your account and business data are stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Payments

Payments and subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record and seller of record for your purchase. Lemon Squeezy handles billing, payment processing, and applicable taxes (including VAT), and processes your payment information under their own privacy policy. We receive only the subscription status and limited billing metadata needed to manage your access.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the app (such as our database provider, Supabase, and our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy), or where required by law.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You can also delete the business data you entered at any time from within the app. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

Data Retention

We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it by law.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
